Annual Life Directions Weekend

The Answer is Within - Discover It!
Life Directions Retreat - A weekend for Single Catholic Men, ages 18-45, is held annually in the fall of the year. The 2009 Retreat will be held at the new Saint Francis Seminary Retreat Center ~ Meyer Hall, Located in Saint Francis, Wisconsin.

Vocation Ministers of the religious groups of the Milwaukee Archdiocese will be on hand to provide answers to your questions and share stories about their calling. You will have the opportunity to share with others who are also discerning God's call. Enjoy panel discussions, presentations, break-out groups, prayer and quiet reflection on God's invitation.

Meals and accomodations are provided for by the Serra Clubs of the Milwaukee Archdiocese at no cost to attendees.

Life Directions Weekend is free of any pressure of commitment. It is an experience designed to enable making an informed vocation choice - whatever and whenever that may be.

Milwaukee Area Nun Run

Religious communities of women from the Milwaukee area are inviting women ages 18 and older to join them for a 24 hour tour of four residences of sisters from a variety of congregations. There will be time to join sisters in prayer and conversation and compare various styles of community life. The event begins and ends at the mother house of the sponsoring religious community and then travels to three other communities during the weekend.

There is no cost for this event.
